Leeto La Polokwane Phase 1A Bus Stop Adjustments For Improved Service

Dear Valued Passengers,

Please be informed that Leeto La Polokwane is undertaking a process of adjusting bus stops to cater to the needs of passengers. As such, new bus stops will be introduced, missing and vandalised bus stops will be replaced, and some existing bus stops will be relocated along Phase 1A routes. This initiative will be rolled out over six (6) weeks effective from 22 October 2024.

Please take note of the affected routes and bus stops to better plan your Journey:

 

 

01: TE5B Route

Replacement

·        TE5B 101A, 102, 102A, 104A, and 105A

Installation of new stops

·     Oliver Tambo: downstream with Ramahlale Ave

·     Bookelo Street: downstream with 3rdintersection after Hospital entrance

 

 

 

 

 

02: F4B Route

 

Relocation

·       F4-402 stop from Orient Drive to new location downstream intersection with Zen Street (new route alignment)

 

Installation of new stops

·       F4-402A & 402B on Monsoon Street downstream intersection with The Crescent Drive & Lawton Rd downstream primary school access, respectively

 

 

 

 

 

03: F1 Route

 

Relocation on the following bus stops

  • Stop F1-302 to new location on Grobler Steet downstream with Oos Street

 

  • Stop F1-310 to new location to Grobler service road downstream with Netcare Pholoso Hospital/Clinic access

 

 

  • Stop F1-302 to new location on Thabo Mbeki Street downstream intersection Brown Ave/Access to Capricorn High School.

Installation of new stops

  • Stop F1- 309A on Grobler Service Rd and Crane Street

The decision is in line with the requirement for customers to walk a distance of approximately 500 metres to a bus stop for their convenience.
